At Greenslopes Family Vet, we believe great pet health comes from consistent, proactive care not just visits when something goes wrong. Our Family Pet Plan (FPP) makes it easier and more affordable to give your pet the care they deserve all year round.

VETERINARY CARE
- Unlimited standard consultations (15 or 30 minute appointments)
- Unlimited core vaccinations (C4, C5, KC, F3)
- Microchipping (if required)
- Annual health screening:
- Comprehensive blood test OR pre-anaesthetic panel
- Urinalysis
- 10% off all in-clinic products, surgeries, diagnostic tests & medical procedures
EXTRA SUPPORT
Four free after-hours phone consultations with an Australian-registered vet (VetChat)
MEMBER DISCOUNTS
- 10% off parasite prevention (flea, tick, heartworm, intestinal wormers)
- 10% off prescription veterinary diets (Excludes compounded medications, specialist services & Puppy Pre-School)
- Unlimited simple nail clipping
- 50% off simple anal gland expression
DENTAL OR DESEXING BENEFIT

- $220 off a Dental COHAT

Pricing:
- Standard Monthly Plan: $52/month (inc. GST)
- 2nd Pet Monthly Plan (10% off): $46.80/month
- Annual Payment (10% off): $561.60/year (inc. GST)
Each membership covers one pet. Multi-pet discounts apply.
HOW TO JOIN
Joining is simple we can set everything up during your visit or via email. Membership runs for 12 months with monthly or annual payment options. Direct debits are securely managed through Pinch Payments.
